Royal Package
A customized package designed to assist with all event planning and design aspects from budget, theme, color, style, venue selection, vendor management, vendor meetings, guest accommodations, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, programs, event timeline and more. Any and Everything is included in this package. Royal Kidz Events will be there to host and assist with your event the from set up to clean up.

Gold Package
A customized package designed to assist with any event planning and design details you would like help with from a budget, theme, color, style, vendor referrals, guest accommodations, favors, guest welcome packages, seating assignments, event timeline. Royal Kidz Events will not be attending the event, just assist with setup. Client is responsible for their own event.

Purple Package
Designed for those who enjoy planning the details for their event, however would like a helping hand managing all the specifics planned for the day of the event. Royal Kidz Events will help setup any décor, organize and execute all the details you have planned for your event so you can enjoy the event you planned. Royal Kidz Events will work with all the vendors for your event, execute event time and provide all the event team vendors with a copy of the timeline. Remove yourself from the planning process and coordination the day of the event and enjoy the day with the guests

Black Package
(A La Carte) Designed to assist you with any planning or design details before your event. Develop and design event timeline and follow up with the vendors contracted for your even

Take your theme to the extreme, handing out personalized party favors like candles, wine glasses or even bags to send guests home to remind them of the special day and great time they had. We are able to customize napkins, cups and coasters, and t-shirts anything you can think of we will create to go with your event theme.

ASK ABOUT OUR FAR FAR AWAY PARTY IN A BOX PACKAGE!!

Royal Kidz Events will create an invitation within the clients theme of their event; there will be a digital copy as well as a paper copy available. All paper copies will come with an envelope to be mailed or handed off in, as well as a business card from Royal Kidz Events included within the envelope. Royal Kidz Events will give the client the option of preparing the invitations and having them mailed off for the client. Any RSVP options the client wants included will also be included with the option of the guest returning the RSVP to the client directly or having them send the response to Royal Kidz Events and we will prepare the clients guest list for them. Once finalized copy of digital invitation has been sent to client, they are free to post the invitation wherever they please. Thank you card, will be offered automatically with the option of Royal Kidz Events mailing off the invitations for the client. If they do not wish to choose that option, they can be purchased A la carte.
